How do you charge your fee?

We charge our flat fee of $10,000. This is an all-encompassing fee. There is no commission in addition to this to be paid by you. This fee is payable upon sale. There is no upfront charge.

Do you list my property on the MLS system?

Depending on the circumstance we may post it on the MLS system. There are situations in which it is not advisable to post the property on the MLS system. This can be discussed with you depending on your property
